• To drive the Availability of Clarke Millar chilled and ambient products across our Retail, Wholesale and High Street distribution channels.

•To optimise our Organisational Capability (Knowledge & Innovation) and our internal business processes (Efficiency) to maximise our Financial Performance: Profitability and Sales Growth.
